store merchandise faqs

Hi everyone! I’m so excited to finally be opening up a store where I can offer official merchandise and signed books to you. Because I have signed an exclusive agreement with a company to manage the entire store, I will not be directly handling shipping or the merchandise. Please direct all questions regarding purchasing merchandise or signed books to ellekennedymerch@gobooktore.com. 

1.    When will the store open?

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 17TH @ 12PM EST!!!

2.     What type of merchandise will you be selling?

• SIGNED COPIES OF THE OFF-CAMPUS SERIES, including Pocket Ab Editions*

• BRIAR U & BRIAR U HOCKEY APPAREL, INCLUDING A FEW HOCKEY JERSEYS!!!

• MUGS

• A SPECIAL OFF-CAMPUS BUNDLE

• A SPECIAL BRIAR U HOCKEY BUNDLE

*All books will be personalized and signed by Elle; however due to travel restrictions, they will be signed via bookplates.

In order to be transparent, we will only have a LIMITED amount of supplies at first to try to get all order out before the holidays. For this reason, you will only be allowed to buy up to two (2) of the same items. No resale of items will be permitted.

3.     What type of SIGNED books will you be selling?

The following books will be available for sale in LIMITED quantities:

-       5 book OFF-CAMPUS: Pocket Edition (Ab Version) Boxed Set

-       THE LEGACY (Trade Edition, Girl Version)

-       THE LEGACY (Trade Edition, Ab Version)

-       THE DEAL (Trade Edition, Girl Version)

-       THE MISTAKE (Trade Edition, Girl Version)

-       THE SCORE (Trade Edition, Girl Version)

-       THE GOAL (Trade Edition, Girl Version)

Please note the following:

• You will only be allowed to purchase up to two (2) of the same books and they will need to be personalized.

• Since I am no longer able to sell the Off-Campus series on retail sites myself, I am able to sell the rest of my stock when my store launches. Once my stock is gone, they will no longer be available again. I will do my best to keep you updated on when my stock is completely gone.

• Similar to the other merchandise, for the initial launch of the store, we will have limited quantities of books so that we can gauge demand AND meet holiday shipping demands.

• All signed books will be personalized, but due to COVID travel restrictions and mailing issues, all signed books will be done via bookplates, which will be included in the book you purchase. I’m hopeful that as travel restrictions lighten, I’ll be able to travel to sign the books in person.

4.    Will you be shipping books and merchandise internationally?

Yes, from what I’m told, everything will be available for international readers.

5.     Will you offer signed foreign editions?

Not at this time. I’ll only be offering English editions. But this is something we’re considering for the future.

6.     What will happen when merchandise or books are sold out?

We will do our best to re-stock all merchandise that sells out, including books, as soon as possible. However, after the first launch of books and merchandise go live and sell out, we cannot guarantee delivery of additional purchases before the holidays. So you will be able to purchase goods when we re-stock, but delivery may be delayed beyond our control.
